In this role, you'll get to:
As a Strategist at iGoMoon, you lead the deliveries in the team and are responsible for different projects on different customers. As a Strategist you are involved in sales, you support account managers during the Discovery phase of the sales process. With your clear project plan, specialists can focus on the right things, in the right way. We see that you like to create new processes and streamlining existing ones to improve our overall deliveries. You also find it fun to run workshops internally and externally and you act as a project manager in different projects. You are also responsible for staffing the projects with the right resources and keeping track of trends, new research, HubSpot optimization variables and content marketing best practices.
Who are you:
We are now looking for a Growth Strategist who has the ability to see the customer's challenges and execute their strategy. You are passionate about website optimization and you find solutions and convey these to the customer in an inspiring and challenging way. You believe in teamwork and you aspire to build something great, you are passionate about customers happiness. You are able to work in a fast-changing environment and an scaling up company where no day is like the other. You have the will to take leadership
We believe you have:
- 5+ years’ experience from having worked in similar roles either at an agency or on the client's side or other relevant work experience
- Experience in strategy development, inbound marketing and conversion optimization
- SEO and SEM
- Experience of working in a leading or self-leading role
- Worked operationally developing buyer personas and buyer touch-points
- Experience working close to customers with understanding needs and seeing opportunities for projects and initiatives
- Bonus: If you have been working with HubSpot
- Bonus: Experience in change management
We offer you:
A full-time employment that starts with a probationary period for 6 months. For this position, you could be based anywhere in Sweden and work fully remotely.
